*Travel fees may apply to events 25 miles outside the Baton Rouge Metro area*

*A 50% Non-refundable Date Retainer required to hold date*

*Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event. Events less than 30 days are required to pay in full*

***Additional fee charged to rental on holidays including New Years Eve, New Years Day, Mardi Gras Weekend, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas***
